1. Purpose
Kissend is a private 1:1 messaging service for couples and close relationships. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules to keep the platform safe, lawful, and respectful. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted use
- Private one-to-one messaging with people you know
- Sharing text, images, and videos in compliance with applicable law
- Blocking users and contacting [email protected] when you feel unsafe
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Kissend to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated scraping
- Share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; we report to authorities
- Share content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate against protected groups
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Upload malware, attempt to hack, or disrupt the Service
- Circumvent security, access controls, or another user’s account
- Use Kissend for commercial solicitation without our written permission
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
4. Content standards
You are solely responsible for content you send. Do not share material you do not have the right to distribute. Respect your chat partner’s privacy — do not share their messages or media without consent.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and take action including:
- Warning or temporary restriction
- Permanent account ban — blocks login and all access to the Service
- Removal of content where technically feasible
- Cooperation with law enforcement when required
6. Reporting
If you encounter abuse, block the user in-app and contact us at [email protected] with relevant details (username, date, description). For emergencies, contact local authorities first.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
