2. The Service
Kissend is a web-only private messaging platform for one-to-one conversations. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Kissend. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your country.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account
- Usernames must not impersonate others or violate third-party rights
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, illegal content, spam, malware, unauthorized access, and interference with the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of messages and media you send. You grant Kissend a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you and your chat partner. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. PIN lock and certain preferences are stored locally in your browser only.
8. Intellectual property
Kissend’s name, logo, website design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kissend is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kissend and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using Kissend at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
