Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kissend collects, uses, and protects information when you use our private web chat service and marketing website. We built Kissend for encrypted one-to-one messaging — privacy is central to how the product works.

Information we collect
Account information: When you create a Kissend account, we collect details needed to operate private web chat — such as your username, authentication credentials, and contact email associated with your account.
Usage and technical data: We may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device category, approximate region derived from IP address, and diagnostic logs that help us keep the service reliable and secure.
Communications with us: If you email [email protected] or use our contact form, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond.
Marketing site analytics: Our website (kissend.com) may use Google Analytics (for example via Google tag / gtag) to understand aggregate traffic and improve pages. Analytics tools may set cookies or similar technologies; see Cookies & analytics below.
How we use information
We use account and technical data to provide encrypted one-to-one messaging, authenticate you, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about the service when needed.
We use marketing-site analytics to understand which pages help people learn about private web chat, security, and features — not to read the contents of your private messages.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles from your Kissend conversations.
Encryption & messages
Kissend is designed with end-to-end encryption for private conversations so message contents remain between participants. Our goal is that Kissend cannot read the contents of your encrypted chats as part of ordinary operation.
Metadata necessary to deliver messages (such as that a conversation exists between accounts, or delivery-related technical signals) may be processed to operate the service. We aim to minimize what we retain.
Discretion features such as one-time messages and blurred chats are product tools that help users manage visibility; they complement — and do not replace — encryption. See our security overview.
Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
Technical logs and analytics data are retained for limited periods appropriate for security, debugging, and aggregate reporting, then deleted or aggregated.
Message retention on devices and within chats depends on product features (including disappearing or one-time messages) and your own actions such as deleting conversations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
You can update many account details directly in the app. You can also control theme preferences and browser cookie settings on your device.
If you are in a region with a dedicated data protection authority, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with that authority.
Children
Kissend is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International transfers
Kissend may process information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
